Goldstein Greco, P.C. is a unique practice focused on complex medico-legal cases.

We represent individuals seriously injured by negligent medical and nursing care, accidents, faulty medical and consumer products, and medications.

We have decades of experience.  We founded and ran the Mass Tort and Medical Malpractice Divisions at national “big box” firms for over two decades.  We recovered hundreds of millions of dollars from hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, individuals, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies for clients in all fifty states.

We represent physicians personally who are faced with unfair lawsuits and disciplinary proceedings in our commitment to the integrity of the medical and legal systems.

We know the difference between a valid case with serious injuries and a frivolous lawsuit.  We know how to demonstrate the difference in the courtroom.

Many cases were referred from other attorneys because of complex medical and serious injury issues.   Many came to us after other attorneys “missed” cases by not understanding the medicine.

We do not take every case.  If we accept your case, we will provide you with individualized representation on a personal level.  We take no money up front and you owe us nothing if we do not recover for you.
