Overview And Experience

Decades of Unique Experience

Brian brings a truly unique perspective to the medico-legal practice he founded at Goldstein Greco. After medical school and a five-year Surgery Residency including serving as Chief Resident of the Department of Surgery at the New York Methodist Hospital, Brian was a practicing Surgeon for over a decade until entering Law School.

Following his five-year residency, and Board Certification by the American Board of Surgery, Brian’s medical career continued with an additional three-year fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery, including heart transplantation. Brian’s extensive experience in General Surgery, Heart and Lung Surgery, Trauma, Orthopedic Surgery, Cancer Surgery, Urologic Surgery, Emergency Room, Intensive Care (ICU), Operating Room and Recovery, Diagnostic Testing and Radiology included comprehensive patient care as well as years of direct oversight and training of physicians, medical students, nurses, and staff.

Upon graduating from Law School Magna Cum Laude, Brian concentrated his vision on representing patients catastrophically injured by negligent care (medical malpractice) and personally representing physicians wrongly accused of malpractice (frivolous lawsuits).

Brian understands the medicine and the devastating consequences to patients and their families who were injured by negligent physicians and hospitals they trusted. Brian equally understands how shattering a false accusation or an unfounded lawsuit is to a physician personally and professionally.

Brian’s greatest strength is knowing the difference between what is malpractice and what is not malpractice. He tirelessly and compassionately works to obtain justice through the best possible outcome for his clients.

Over the last five years, you have fought tooth and nail on our behalf. You have put so much time and effort into our case. I never doubted you or that I made the right decision in having you represent us.
